We cover the floors and walls in plastic, scrape the old texture, skim the ceiling smooth and prime it for paint.
Ceilings put up before the 1980s can contain asbestos. We test a sample first. If it comes back positive, we stop and refer you to a licensed removal company.

Not after paint. We feather the patch wide, match your texture and sand it flush. If you can find it, we come back and redo it.
How messy is it?
We hang plastic, cover the floor, and use a sander with a vacuum attached. We vacuum before we leave.
Do you paint too?
Every repair gets primed. We can paint the wall to match, or leave it ready for your painter.
Is one small hole worth calling about?
Yes. Small repairs are most of our work. If you have a few, we do them all in one trip for one price.
How soon can you come out?
Most repairs get a visit within the week. Send photos and we can often give you a price the same day.
